USE OF THE SERVICE
The online store at www.claet.com is governed by the terms and conditions set forth herein, which the Customer agrees to comply with.
Claet may, at any time, change all or part of the terms and conditions set forth herein.
1. Ownership of the site

2. Prices and products
The prices shown in the catalog of the site www.claet.com are in Euros and include VAT at the legal rate in force at the time of purchase, to which will be added the costs with the respective applicable shipping costs.
The prices and specifications of the products contained in this site may be modified by Claet without prior notice.
The possibility of placing orders on the online store www.claet.com is restricted to orders whose delivery and billing addresses are located in the territory of mainland Spain.
Orders for delivery to PO Boxes are not accepted.
The products presented in the online catalog are limited to stock. In case of unavailability of any item, Claet will inform the Customer.
For some products, duly identified, the order may be limited to a certain number of copies.
4. Delivery of the order and shipping costs
We have reinforced hygiene and safety measures throughout the order packaging process.
All orders confirmed by Claet will be delivered to the address specified by the Customer for delivery at the time of order.
Shipping costs - 3,90 €.
The costs associated with shipping are automatically calculated as the Customer's basket is updated.
4.1. Home delivery
All orders confirmed by Claet will be delivered to the address you specified for delivery when placing the order.
Upon collection of the order, you will receive:
- An email to inform you that your order has already been picked up by the carrier at our premises. In the same email you can consult the tracking number.
5. Delivery times
Due to COVID-19 delivery times may be longer.
The average shipping time is 2 working days and, after collection, delivery usually takes between 1 and 3 days.
Due to the high number of orders in certain seasons (such as Black Friday, Christmas, Easter...) or orders placed during the sales season, orders may have a longer production time than usual and delivery times may be affected.
If the same order includes items subject to different delivery times, the delivery time of the entire order will be considered the longest of the items included in it.
In case of stock out, the Customer will be contacted by email about the new estimated delivery date and will be able to maintain or cancel the order.
Additional information on estimated delivery times may be requested via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
6. Methods of payment
The Customer can pay for his purchase by credit card (Visa; MasterCard) or PayPal.
Through PayPal, you can pay quickly and securely with your account or credit card, without sharing any financial information with the Clay Factory site.
In the case of credit card payments, all transactions will be stored by the service provider, for possible reference by Stripe.
The customer may cancel the order, as long as it has not yet been processed by Claet. The cancellation of the order can be formalized by sending an email to email@example.com.
The Customer must mention the order number and his name, under penalty of the cancellation being ineffective.
8. Non-acceptance of the order
Claet reserves the right not to accept the order, informing the Customer, in the following cases:
a) Stock out of stock;
b) Unavailability of the article;
c) If Claet considers that there is misconduct on the part of the purchaser or any inconsistency in the order.
c) If Claet considers that there is misconduct on the part of the buyer or any inconsistency in the personal data recorded.
The customer may, within 14 days after receiving the product, return it. Within the same period the customer may proceed to claim any defect or inadequacy of the product in relation to the order, responsibility of the Clay Factory.
To this end, the claim must be formalized through the form available on the website for this purpose or by email sent to the address firstname.lastname@example.org. In the complaint, the Customer must expressly indicate the reasons for his complaint, always mentioning the order number.
The support team of the site www.claet.com will coordinate with the Customer the way to return the goods, in case the return is justified. In these cases Claet will bear the first costs of returning the goods and the costs of a new shipment.
In those situations in which the reasons for the return are not the responsibility of Claet, the return will be accepted after checking the good condition of the returned items and their packaging, and the amount paid by the Customer will be refunded, minus the shipping costs of the delivery and the return shipping costs (if there is more than one order placed). Consequently, Claet reserves the right not to accept returns of products without prior notice, as mentioned above, and which do not meet the same conditions of conformity on the date of delivery to the Buyer (i.e. products that have undergone any kind of use, transformation, damage and/or lack of original packaging/accessories/complements).
We make every effort to ensure that the information presented does not contain typographical errors and, when they occur, we will correct them as soon as possible. In the event that the information presented does not correspond to the characteristics of the product, the Customer has the right to return the product under the terms of point 9.
The photographs shown on the website are merely illustrative. We recommend that you refer to the product characteristics for detailed information.
Despite Claet's best efforts, some products may appear incorrectly priced, so we check prices each time we process orders. If the product price is lower than the advertised price, we will refund the difference. If the price is higher, we will inform you by email and await your decision to accept the new proposal or cancel the order.
11. Complaints and Claims
Your complaints and claims to our customer service will be dealt with as soon as possible and, in any case, within a maximum period of one month. Likewise, they will be registered with an identification code that we will inform you and will allow you to follow up on them. If you as a consumer consider that your rights have been violated, you can send us your complaints through the e-mail address email@example.com in order to request an out-of-court settlement of disputes. In this regard, if the purchase between you and us has been concluded online through our website, in accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013, we inform you that you have the right to request with us an out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes accessible through the Internet address http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
12. Intellectual and industrial property
All texts and images reproduced or represented on the website www.claet.com are the exclusive property of Claet and are therefore strictly reserved to Claet and protected by copyright and intellectual property rights with respect to third parties.
The reproduction or representation of all or part of the website www.claet.com or all or part of the elements included therein is strictly prohibited.
The company names, trademarks and distinctive signs reproduced on the www.claet.com website are protected under the terms of the legal provisions applicable to industrial property. The total or partial reproduction or representation of any distinctive sign is strictly prohibited.
13. Applicable law and competent court
These online purchase conditions at www.claet.com are governed by the applicable Portuguese law.
The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District of the registered office of Claet with express waiver of any other, disputes arising from the interpretation and / or application of these General Conditions, whose amicable composition is not achieved.
