The Customer may, within 14 days of product arrival, return it to us. Within the same period, the Customer may complain about defects or inadequacy of the product with respect to the order, which are the responsibility of Claet.
To do so, the complaint must be formalized using the form available at https://www.claet.com/pages/return-form. In the complaint, the Customer must expressly state the reasons for the complaint, always mentioning the order number.
The support team of www.claet.com will coordinate with the Customer the way to return the goods, if justified, in which case Claet will bear the costs of returning the goods.
In those situations where the reasons for the return are not the responsibility of Claet, the return will be accepted after checking the good condition of the returned items and their packaging, and will proceed to refund the amount paid by the Customer, deducting the return shipping costs (if this is done outside 14 days after receipt of the product by the Customer), according to the shipping costs of the same. Consequently, Claet reserves the right not to accept returns of products without prior notice, as mentioned above, and which do not meet the same conditions of conformity as on the date of delivery to the Purchaser (i.e. products that have undergone any kind of use, transformation, damage and/or lack of original packaging/accessories/complements).
